About Us

The Northrop PTA is dedicated to helping build a strong community and improving the quality of education at Northrop Community School.

We host the a free community celebration, Rally Around Northrop, for the entire school community to enjoy food and fun. Our 2 annual fundraisers (Walk-a-thon and Northrop Night Out) help build our school community; we use the money we raise to support school staff and provide additional opportunities for students throughout the year including:

• Yearly supply stipend for all school educators
• Support for Midwest Food Connection educational program
• Support for Every Meal food distribution program
• Support for Family Tree educational program
• Coordination and funding for the Art Adventure program
• Teacher appreciation meals
• Free Yearbooks for every student 
• And so much more....
